The room was nothing messy. Blackout curtains blocked light well. This feature helped me get good sleep. Parking was easy and free. This made arrival and departure stress-free. The hotel's proximity to the port was very convenient for my onward journey.
Water pressure in the shower was quite weak.

Easy stop for early ferry
great location free parking room kettle friendly staff
the hotel locates great for the ferry terminal, thats a big plus. i found free parking right outside, always helpful. my room had a kettle with coffee and tea, so good. the staff were friendly, a nice welcome after a long drive.
my room was small, its a little thing but felt cramped.

easy access chicken bake
the hotel location provides easy access to the car ferry. the staff prepared a chicken pasta bake after restaurant closure, it was nice.
the structure is old and has poor maintenance.

non-functional tv mould presence
The tv in my room just didn't work. There was no signal at all. Plus, i spotted some mould in the bathroom, really off-putting! the shower had almost no water pressure, it was barely a trickle. i also expected milk with my coffee but they didn't have any, so i had to drink it black. So frustrating. The lack of tv signal was disappointing, mould presence

The room included a kettle with tea and coffee. It was useful. the breakfast had a very good range and quality. i found the staff cute and my access needs were met.
