the room was clean. it was also quiet. i was impressed they had powerdot ev charging available. the staff were nice.
there was no milk in the room for tea or coffee. this is basic. i was told there was a restaurant. however, it was not serving food when i arrived at 5pm. i drove to a mcdonald's to get food.

The room was nothing messy. Blackout curtains blocked light well. This feature helped me get good sleep. Parking was easy and free. This made arrival and departure stress-free. The hotel's proximity to the port was very convenient for my onward journey.
Water pressure in the shower was quite weak.

the hotel locates great for the ferry terminal, thats a big plus. i found free parking right outside, always helpful. my room had a kettle with coffee and tea, so good. the staff were friendly, a nice welcome after a long drive.
my room was small, its a little thing but felt cramped.

non-functional tvmould presence
The tv in my room just didn't work. There was no signal at all. Plus, i spotted some mould in the bathroom, really off-putting! the shower had almost no water pressure, it was barely a trickle. i also expected milk with my coffee but they didn't have any, so i had to drink it black. So frustrating. The lack of tv signal was disappointing, mould presence
